Happening right now at Gamers at their Akihabara location, Sakura Wars Museum. From 10/23/2015 - 11/2/2015
The Museum will be showcasing illustrations from the anime, a vast amount of different exhibition, limited edition of pasted released hardware and software, as will as ultra-rare promotional items, and will be selling merchandise and a limited purchase bonus.
"Youmacon is a celebration of Japanese popular culture and its influence on our own culture over the past few decades." and is located in downtown Detroit Michigan.

Are you ready for some midnight warfare in Akihabara?!
Then join Asobiba at midnight for the long-awaited participation warfare event in Akihabara.
The event will run on 10/23/2015, preregistration at 10:00pm and the games start at 11;00pm and will run until 5:00am. The event is free, but if yo need equipment Asobiba will rent you equipment for 4000 yen (about 33 dollars). Asobiba uses airsoft guns.
Bitter & Sweet held a live concert at Hello Project located in Akihabara. Bitter & Sweet announced that on 12/23/2015 that their 1st mini album will be released.

Last weekend a Maid cafe was held at Animatsuri Delhi Event in India.

According to famitsu, Animax CAFE Akihabara will be hosting Genie girl Episode 2 - price to the wishes cafe. From 10/19/2015 - 11/16/2015
Genie girl is a downloadable game for the Nintendo 3DS made by Flyhigh Works and Inside System.
The cafe will have drinks based off of characters from the game. If you order one of the drinks you will be given a "Deca can badge" with that characters face on it.

Gamers at their Akihabara location is hosting August Museum.

August is a Japanese visual novel studio.
The Museum will be showcasing and selling old rare merchandise, including items from past Museums, showcasing costumes of August characters, and selling new merchandise.
According to Van Halloween "CosCafe is the largest and longest running maid cafe in Vancouver, and they actively participate in anime conventions around the city throughout the year."
Van Halloween starts today 10/15/2015 - 10/18/2015.
The Tokyo Anime Center is hosting Trigger Animation Expo on 10/14/2015 - 10/25/2015.
Trigger is an Japanese animation studio.
The Expo will be highlighting the animes Kill la Kill, Little Witch Academia, and Inferno Cop. Showcasing storyboards, design picture, screenplay, and illustrations, and will be selling merchandise, and for the first time in Japan a autograph session of the different members of Trigger.
Atlas is hosting a contest where the winners will join them at Kanda Myojin Shrine just out side of Akihabara to pray for the success of the game Shin Megami Tensei IV FINAL.
According to japan-guide, "Kanda Myojin Shrine enshrines three deities: Daikokuten - the god of good harvest and matrimony, Ebisu - the god of fishermen and businessmen, and Taira Masakado - a feudal lord of the 10th century who was revered and deified. To celebrate the second season of Is the Order a Rabbit, Good Smile and animatecafe are hosting a cafe dedicated to Is the Oder a Rabbit.
The cafe is being held at the AKIBA Culture's ZONE on the 5th floor, the hours are 11:00am - 9:30pm with last call at 9:00pm, the cafe will run from October 1, 2015 - November 29, 2015.
The cafe will have food and drinks designed after the anime and will be selling merchandise that you can only buy at the cafe.
Man rides bike from Keisei Sakura Station to Akihabara Station.
According to 1up, inspired by the anime Yowamushi Pedal, one of the reports at 1up rode a bike from Keisei Sakura Station to Akihabara Station.
In the first few episodes of Yowamushi Pedal the main character bikes from Keisei Sakura Station to Akihabara Station on a normal bike so he has more money to spend in Akihabara.
Just like in the anime this reporter bike is just a normal bike no gears or anything fancy. The trip is a little less than 30 miles. After 6 hours and 43 minutes and a little under 40 miles, getting lost and wanting to give up, the reporter final makes it to Akihabara Station.

An exhibition of the anime School-Live is being held at Akihabara UDX in Tokyo Anime Center.
The exhibition started on September 29 2015 and will run until October 12 2015. and will be closed on October 5 2015.
Hours are 11:00am to 7:00pm.
The exhibition will be selling the first Blu-ray and DVD, with any purchase of the Blu-ray or DVD you can choose to have either original art work or a curry set see pictures below. The exhibition has original drawings from the anime, many items and other goods related to the anime that can only be fond at the exhibition.
