Vancouver Cosplay Café 
According to Van Halloween "CosCafe is the largest and longest running maid cafe in Vancouver, and they actively participate in anime conventions around the city throughout the year." 
Van Halloween starts today 10/15/2015 - 10/18/2015. 
CosCafe runs on 10/17/2015 from 12:30pm - 7:00pm.
