Koichi Sugiyama is on the left and Tomoaki Ayano is on the right. 

Sofmap in Akihabara held a launch tournament for Street Fighter V with prizes going to the top 4 on 2/18/2016. Both Koichi Sugiyama the producer and Tomoaki Ayano the assistant producer was there to show off the new game and played against some of the people at the tournament.
